Cancellation Terms and Conditions Policy for Ezestays
We hope you have a wonderful stay with us at Ezestays. For your protection and ours, we’ve established a cancellation terms and conditions policy which is subject to each booking. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
This cancellation policy outlines the terms under which guests may cancel their reservations at our hotel. It is designed to protect both the hotel and our guests by clearly stating the rights and responsibilities associated with cancellations. Please only book if you have read the cancellation terms and conditions first.
Cancellation Rights
We require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Please note that your rate does not cover any incidental charges you may incur during your stay; these will be payable upon departure or deducted from your deposit.
To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your arrival date when you book directly with us (this applies to free cancellation bookings).
If you cancel after this timeframe, you will be responsible for the full charge of your stay. Please note that no refunds will be issued for rooms booked under promotional rates or non-refundable offers.
Refund Transactions
If the booking has been made directly through us, we will process your refund using the credit or debit card you used for the booking. Once we’ve refunded, your bank will be responsible for issuing the refund; however, note that it can take up to 7 working days to be seen in your account. If you have made the booking through any other site like Booking.com or Hotels.com please cancel through them, and they will be responsible for your refund process.
Group Bookings:
We strictly do not allow any parties, hen or stag dos at our property. If we find any, parties will be subject to a fine. A maximum of three parties can book online for any group stay. For any booking of more than one room, we class as a group and are subject to amended Terms & Conditions.
If a group of individuals have booked separately for the same day for instance a wedding or party, Ezestays reserves the right to amend/cancel these reservations and enforce group terms and conditions to those bookings.For group bookings (i.e. for more than two rooms) to be eligible for a full refund we need notice 30 days prior to arrival.
Ezestays Right to Cancel
We reserve the full right to cancel any booking under the following circumstances:
If there is a cancellation required, we will notify you as soon as possible and if possible provide a full refund.
